The brewery in Kasai City is located in the center of Harima Hirano, the country’s premier brewing rice producing area. It is a sake brewery representing Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. All the rice used in the brewery comes from the local city of Kasai. Japanese sake made from rice harvested in Banshu and water from the Kakogawa River flowing in the plains of Banshu. In 2019, this sake was introduced in the “Burabura Saturday” program hosted by Japanese comedian Hiroyuki Ariyoshi, and was well received by Japanese artists. Rice is the only raw material. This fruity flavor obtained by fermenting rice is a fermentation technology that only Fujiujin can do. This is a low-alcohol wine that is popular with both men and women.
